Bringing a baby into the world is one of life’s most powerful and transformative experiences. As your Birth Doula, I’m here to walk beside you offering calm, continuous, and compassionate support through every stage of your journey.

My role is to help you feel informed, confident, and deeply supported as you prepare for and move through your birth journey. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth or home birth experience, my focus is always the same: to hold space for you, to remind you of your strength, and to help you feel seen and heard in every moment.

What’s Included:

• Three Prenatal Visits: to build trust, discuss your birth preferences, and practice comfort measures for labor.
• On-Call Support: available to you from the moment our contract is signed until weeks after your baby arrives.
• Continuous Labor Support: emotional, physical, and educational guidance throughout your labor and birth.
• Early Postpartum Support: immediate care and grounding after birth to help you transition into those first few sacred hours with your baby.
