Because choosing a doula is such a personal decision, I offer a complimentary consultation.

During our consultation, we can:

- Get to know one other

- Talk through your hopes, questions, and birth preferences

- Discuss how I can support you and your partner

- Make sure we’re a good fit and are comfortable with one another...feel out one another's energy

There’s absolutely no pressure to commit; this is simply a space for clarity and connection.
